The following are the terms and conditions of Greenmachinery.co.uk for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect these.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Allow ten working days for cheque clearance. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Outside these times your order should arrive within the next two business days from receipt of order, although this is a guideline; we cannot give an exact delivery date for any order.
We also may deliver the goods in several consignments but will not add any additional delivery charge for this.
We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours excluding week ends and Bank Holidays.
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage, you must inform us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will offer to repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. However, we will only accept unwanted items for refund within 7 days of delivery, provided that the goods are complete with all relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or if requested we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
If you wish to cancel this contract, please contact our returns department, sales@greenmachinery.co.uk . To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting on the day after the day you receive the goods from us.
We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less a restocking charge of 15% of the nett goods value and any costs relating to collection of the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you.
We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your cost to the relevant address above and we remind you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey, as stated in these terms and conditions. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, we can collect the goods from you at your cost.
Every possible action has been taken to ensure machines are ready to use straight from the packaging but invariably there will be an element of construction and preparation . Purchasing directly from the manufacturer saves you money but you must be aware of the responsibilities you take on in regard to ensuring all instructions are followed in regard to the construction and preparation including fuels, lubricants and adjustments before using the products in earnest.
Manufacturers warranties will be void if the construction/preparation or incorrect fuels/lubricants are used. If you are unsure as to the correct procedures we recommend you seek advice from local professional machinery dealers.

Green Machinery will not be liable for any damage to the machines arising from the neglect of the purchaser to correctly carry out the construction/preparation of the machines.

Delivery
We aim to deliver goods to you next-day, provided the order is placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday, but cannot guarantee this (next-day delivery is standard within these times, rather than an additional charge).Outside these times your order should arrive within the next two business days from receipt of order, although this is a guideline; we cannot give an exact delivery date for any order.

Complaints
We try our best to exceed our customer expectations. Where we supply flat pack items, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all the parts listed are supplied and that all manufacturers’ instructions are followed in regard to the construction and preparation of the item.We require 7 days notification from delivery, of any missing items.

Part constructed goods
Where we supply part constructed goods i.e.Bikes, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all the parts listed are supplied and that all manufacturers’ instructions are followed in regard to the construction and preparation of the item.We require 7 days notification from delivery, of any missing items.

Warranties
All manufacturers warranties are on a return to base warranty.Any warranty work required will be accessed by the manufacturer and guidance given for valid warranty work to be carried out, including where to ship the item, any costs involved,etc.
