Green Machinery allows you the option of storing the details of multiple payment cards with your account, so that when ordering you can quickly and easily select the card you wish to use to make your purchase.
Note that your card details are secure; we do not store the CVV number, which is only requested when you actually place an order.
You can manage (add, change or delete) your payment cards from your personal My account page.
The first step is to click on My account, in the top right of any screen.
You will then need to sign-in using your email address and password, unless you are already signed-in, in which case you will be taken straight to your My account page.
On your My account page, you will notice the heading Payment cards. If you click the Manage my cards option next to it, you will be able to view and manage any cards that you have added to your account.
Your Payment cards screen will vary depending on whether you have ordered from Green Machinery before or not. If you have ordered from us, you will see one or more payment cards listed on the page, each with related options to Change or Remove.
If you have not ordered from Green Machinery yet, no payment cards will be displayed, but you can choose to add one by clicking Add card at the top of the screen.
First enter the necessary details of the card into the relevant boxes. You then need to provide the address that this card is related to (that any order invoices will be sent to).
You may either:
Enter a new address in the boxes below the card details, and then click the green Add button at the bottom of the page.
You will be returned to your Payment cards page, with your newly stored card now displayed. This will also add the new address to your account Address book.

Once you have entered your card details in the boxes at the top of the page, if you already have one or more addresses stored with your account, you will notice a Use an existing address section. If the card you are adding is associated with one of these addresses, click the Use this address button below the relevant address.
You will be returned to your Payment cards screen with the new card now displayed.
Should you wish to update the details of any of your stored payment cards, click the Change button below the card you wish to edit.
You will be taken to the Change a payment card screen where any details of the card or its associated address can be altered, before clicking the green Confirm button at the bottom of the screen to store the changes and return you to your Payment cards screen.
To remove a card from your Payment cards screen, simply click the Remove button below the card in question.
You will be asked if you are sure you wish to remove the card from your account, and given the option to also remove the card's invoice address (tick or un-tick the box).
Clicking Remove once more will remove the card (and address if selected), or if you decide you would rather not remove this card, just click the 'back' button on your web browser, or any other button on the site.
